All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This time period is in addition to expected shipping speed, which will be calculated based on your location, upon checkout. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may occasionally be circumstances beyond our control that extend processing time, such as Owner or Employee illness, availability of ingredients, shipping delays due to International shipping backlogs, etc. We will proactively communicate these delays to the customer as we learn of them. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout along with an estimated date of delivery.

Local delivery

Free local pick-up is available.

Deliveries are made from 9am-5pm on Mondays and Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange for pickup notify you on the day of our arrival 

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at an agreed upon location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm on Monday and Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

We offer international shipping to the following countries and Territories: Canada, Puerto Rico
